Touching a whole concert hall Controlling 80 musicians with one smile Shaping music without playing an instrument Awakening old music masterworks of bygone times The film TAKTGEFÜHL accompanies two conductors - the principal conductor of the Württembergischen Philharmonie, Ola Rudner, and an ambitious conducting student of the Conservatory Stuttgart, Christopher Kramp, –- into their everyday life of music. Whereas the professional conductor personifies the artistic side of the conducting profession the student explains the complex technical side of it, in so doing revealing the many facets of this profession.
