THE B-SIDE OF THE LANDSCAPE is the winner of this years FiD Marseille Flash Award for the best short film with the following reasoning by the jury:
"We would like to award the Flash Prize in our competition to a film that deeply moved us with its visual style and the space it creates for its surroundings. Its images are both firmly rooted in the present and yet manage to open up to a captivating, timeless dimension.
The film takes the time to observe, listen, and let chance encounters unfold around a supermarket parking lot. It delights in embracing reality with great generosity and incredible accuracy."
