Synopsis
For an art project, twelve women suffering from cancer experience a transformation and slip into a different role. Not all twelve of them will live to see the grand finale. During alternations of cheerful shots from the transformations and deeply personal interviews, the women describe their difficult living circumstances and how they deal with them. This movie by Andreas Duerst is a documentary film of the art project. The movie's messages address the people affected by cancer and their surroundings. It aims at bringing together patients, relatives and friends to talk about the disease and the special living circumstances.
