The author's grandparents were Aromanians, a Balkan minority of nomadic shepherds, without ter­ritory and written language, wandering between mountains and seas. Their story is told from the subjective point of view of the artist, who passionately reproduces in staged scenes this perpetual tragic wandering, also full of hope and courage to live.
