The documentary provides an insight into the history of the Jaguar Club, which was founded by Carola Frauli in 1966 in the disused Scala cinema in Herford. Furthermore, nine men and women from the Herford district who are now over 65 years old and who were guests at the Jaguar Club at that time are portrayed. Accompanied by a lot of beat and rock music from the 1960s, the film follows its protagonists with documentary recordings into the past and accompanies them with the camera in the present.
