Mentally handicapped youths aged 13 - 19 learn to dance in a 15-week course at their school in Berlin. Professional dance teachers show them how to waltz, tango or to dance meringue, salsa and disco step. Once a week we take part in their pure spontaneity and desire to dance, sharing the little and big steps (forward) towards the final party, called the 'Rosenball'.
