Two filmmakers travel to a rural region in Poland to make a film about dreams. Instead they learn something about reality: What starts with a question about dreams leads to an exchange about social conditions, fears, relationships and wishes. NIGHT LIKE DAY does not only portray eleven people, but also draws a socio-political picture of a landscape and its dreamers.
