Hana Kim travelled to South Korea in 2013 to shoot a film portrait of her mother. Oksun Kim was the youngest of four sisters and her parents wanted a boy. They did not hide their disappointment from their youngest and she left home at the age of 12. Since then, she has had a strenuous life.
