A conceptual artist at work. HANS-PETER FELDMANN – ART, NOT ART shows the artist’s view of reality, as perceived in everyday objects and depictions. Daily life is upturned and examined from all sides by means of little disruptions, seemingly nonsensical actions, fastidious collecting, acts of destruction and of organization. The film itself incorporates the element of chance: instead of telling a linear story a scene each was chosen from numerous stories and then edited together according to a random selection process.Contact:Corinna Belz Filmproduktioncoraswift@aol.com

500 billion US dollars in a half-century - and no end to the aid is in sight. Prominent "do-gooders" of the entertainment industry such as Bono, Bob Geldorf, Angelina Jolie and Madonna, pressure the politicians to pump more development aid into Africa. An ever-increasing number of African economic experts and sociologists have begun to criticise this flood of aid. Our documentary film project follows the voices of protest that are being raised in Africa. Working in cooperation with scholars and journalists from West and East Africa, we will attempt to present the problems of development aid from an "African" perspective.
SWEET POISON

They are charming, they lie without scruples and are capable of manipulating their environment. Psychopaths murder and rape without remorse and can still come across as disarmingly pleasant. What’s going on in their minds? As can be seen in films, art and literature, evil - seemingly devoid of morals and law - exerts a fascination over us. Centuries ago, anatomists tried to open human skulls and penetrate the brain. Today, state-of-the-art appliances enable us to scan brains to make inner processes visible. In this documentary, experts present their theories, experiments and results: how can decent people become ruthless murderers?
