In Westjordan we met four graceful, witty people driven by the need totranscendent every breath they take into a rendez-vous with Hashem. This God resides but in the sweet dreams of Israel as it can bevisited in the Tora and not really anywhere else. Step by step, house by house, family by family this dream has to come true, has to become true flesh and stone...real home. Their longing for peace is real, their actions may result in war. Thesettlers, as cheerful or scary as they may seem, are the reflectionof a tired people. Stubborn but without any sign of self-pity they tried to show us the absurdities of their lifes.
