Synopsis
Two parts in 45 min.

THE FORGOTTEN CRIME: Hidden behind the crimes of World War 2, especially behind the Holocaust, there is another actrocity, nobody talks about and which threatens to disappear from our memory: The killing of more than 3.000.000 Soviet soldiers in German prison camps. Memories of the last survivors and pictures and short films shot by the perpetrators themselves document the tragedy.

THE SOVIET HERITAGE talks about the war from a Russian perspective: the omnipresence of the 'Great Patriotic War' contributes more to Russia's national identity than any other historical event. Historical truth often is in contrast with popular myths.
