Annette Wagner beobachtet im Bremer Pflegeheim 'Haus O'land', wie Demenzpatienten, Angehörige und Pflegekräfte den Zuwendungsroboter in den Heimalltag integrieren. Sie verfolgt auch den zugehörigen wissenschaftlichen und ethischen Diskurs in Dänemark, Japan, Frankreich und Deutschland.
