Jean Christophe Blavier established the dance and production company moving-angel in September 2001. Numerous ballet and film production were formed, among others: ”Dolomytica” in 2002 for the local theatre in Bozen, “Nutcracker”” in Stuttgart, both being multimedia dancing performances. In 2006, a short film “Anders als geplant” (“Other than Planned”) was produced on behalf of the Caritas Association, which covered the subject of teenage pregnancies. In the same year, it was produced on DVD with extensive social-pedagogical extra material. In 2006 and 2007, the company produced two documentary films about Marcia Haydée, „M. for Marcia“, available as a DVD and “Das Schönste kommt noch!” (“The Best is Still to Come!”) in co-production with 3Sat/ZDF theatre channel. Furthermore, moving-angel regularly produces magazine contributions to diverse cultural programmes. In 2008 'Interface between worlds' about the well-known chinese choreographer Lin Hwai-min was co-produced with ZDF Theaterkanal. In 2009 a co-production with SWR, received MFG state subsidies, about Wolfgang Dauner, the Jazz composer and pianist was realized. Jean Christophe Blavier is the Managing Director of the company, supported by Birgit Baumgärtner as Producer/ Project/Production Manager.
